B.smart is proud to introduce our international team. We come from many different countries and are experienced/ trained in Early Childcare and receive on-going training throughout the year.
Our staff is selected very carefully not only for their qualifications and experience but also for their love of children.
Teachers continually encourage and support children’s interests and involvement in activities that occur within an organized environment and a consistent routine.
Teachers plan for key experiences that may broaden and strengthen children’s emerging abilities.
Children generate many of these experiences on their own; others require teacher guidance. Many key experiences are natural extensions of children’s projects and interests.
Our teachers use the problem-solving approach with the children in their classroom when children are negotiating about materials and space.
